[Notice] Creator (Seller) Fee Policy Update

Effective March 1, 2026

📢 Fee Policy Update Announcement

Hello from EDEN-WORLD,

First of all, we sincerely thank all creators who have trusted and grown with EDEN-WORLD.

In order to build a more stable global payment environment and further enhance our platform infrastructure, we will be updating our fee policy as outlined below.

■ Effective Date

Applies to all transactions processed on or after March 1, 2026

■ Before (Until February 28, 2026)

Platform Fee

5% of item sales price (VAT excluded)

Payment Processing Fee

Currently no separate payment processing fee

(Previously announced possibility of ~2% for card payments in the future)

■ After (From March 1, 2026)

Platform Fee

10% of item sales price (VAT excluded)

Payment Processing Fee

Charged depending on the buyer’s payment method

• Credit card & simplified payment methods: 2.5% of item sales price (VAT excluded)

■ Payout Transfer Fee (No Change)

• Bank transfer: No separate transfer fee at this time

(A transfer fee of approximately KRW 3,000 may apply for settlements exceeding KRW 300,000)

• PayPal: No additional fee charged by EDEN-WORLD

(However, PayPal currency conversion fees may apply)

■ Settlement Structure (No Change)

• Monthly settlement model maintained

• Sales aggregated at the end of each month

• Payment issued on the 15th of the following month

• Payouts processed when cumulative balance exceeds KRW 10,000

■ Why This Change?

This adjustment is not simply a fee increase.

It is part of building the foundation for the next phase of platform expansion.

EDEN-WORLD will be increasing investment in:

• Stabilizing global payment systems and strengthening multi-currency support

• Improving exposure structure and search algorithms

• Advancing creator analytics and management tools

• Expanding customer support and operational infrastructure

• Strengthening overseas marketing support

EDEN-WORLD aims to be more than just a marketplace. Our goal is to build infrastructure for the virtual creator ecosystem.

We fully recognize that fee changes are significant for creators.

To provide sufficient preparation time, we are announcing this in advance, and the changes will apply only to transactions processed from

March 1, 2026.
